QUESTION: I would go with the 16hp if i were to get that model.
Does the fresh water tank come with a fresh water pump system? and looking at the picture, does the blower come assembled/hooked up to the waste tank , in the picture it is not.

ANSWER: We provide the 3" ID hose to hook the waste tank to the vacuum blower. We provide it a little long so you can cut to fit based on tank installation location. Fresh tank is provided but does not require a transfer pump. The truckmount pressure pump sucks the water from the fresh tank to the main pump. This machine is made in a 16 hp Lifan Engine or a 14 hp Kohler engine.
