Question: I am interested in purchasing a spinner wand for tile cleaning. I have a portable extractor with a max of 500 psi. The specs on the wand are 500psi-3000psi. Will my portable be enough, I know that I'm giving the wand the min psi Thanks
Answer: I think you should consider a fixed jet wand and not a spinner tool. I have had several past customer tell me that it does work at 500 psi but the impact of the jet is less because the jet is pushing the bar around. Spinner wands have the jets angled between 11 to 45 degree. The low water pressure would clean better if it was straight down.
There are too many times that this should say, "spinner starts to spin between 500 and 1000 psi"
Chances are it is going to work at 500 psi but do you really want to risk a 25% restocking fee if it does not work and you have to return it?
And even this is only returnable if it is brand new. Once you take it on a job and us it, it is used and not returnable.
