QUESTION: I have a US Products flood pumper and a Drieaz flood pumper. I want to utilize these as as part of a modular carpet cleaning/tile/grout cleaning. Would like to be able to hook up a portable variable heating source and a portable variable pump which will operate at least from 200 -1200 psi. What can you suggest so i can do some carpet cleaning and tile/grout cleaning.
ANSWER: You are missing, a way to prespray tile, agitate the tile, rinse the tile with 1000 psi, pick up the water. You can prespray the floor with a standard pump up sprayer. To agitate the floor, it would be recommended to use a rotary floor machine and a Malgrit Xtra brush. To rinse the floor you would need to use an adjustable water pump like the Water Otter or similar. You need a way to hook you water pump to the hot water supply or to the sink. Use a faucet adapter and a high temp garden hose. You might want a manual grout line brush and edging rinse tool. Surface spinner with vacuum recovery. Naturally high pressure solution and vacuum hoses if you do not already own them.
