Answer: I want to tell you that the Pro45 MH200 is by far the best, most versatile agitation machine I have ever used! There is no comparison of counter vertical agitation VS horizontal agitation (all types and brands.) This is the perfect machine for pre-agitation before hot water extraction, eliminates the need to own a power wand, eliminates the need to own a traditional rotary swing floor machine. Can expand you arsenal of cleaning methods to clean tile, oriental rugs, encapsulation (encap) cleaning, adsorbent powder cleaning, and / or combination methods. Other horizontal agitation systems usually only will perform some but not all the different methods of cleaning. This is one piece of equipment that works so well that if you cannot afford it, you should take a loan out for it. This is a piece of equipment that should be on every professorial carpet cleaning truck. I would rate the necessarily of owning this machine with the need to own a Grandi Groomer Carpet Rake, an injection sprayer, and extraction machine and chemicals. In comparing vertical agitation to horizontal agitation, you will find that not only to every single carpet mill recommend vertical agitation over horizontal agitation but it really, really works well. I have to tell you that these clean the carpet with hardly no effort at all. This glides over the carpet like a hockey puck on ice. This expense virtually no calories to use it other getting in and out of the job site. Once you turn it on, you not only can use it with one hand you can use it with 3 fingers.
Here are test that we performed:
What gets the carpet cleaner?
A. prespray followed by power wand agitation/ extraction.
B. prespray, followed by Pro 45, followed by hot water extraction with a traditional wand.
Answer: The same results.
What uses less water and drys faster?
A. prespray followed by power wand agitation/ extraction.
B. prespray, followed by Pro 45 followed by hot water extraction with a traditional wand.
Answer: B
What method cleans faster?
A. prespray followed by power wand agitation/ extraction.
B. prespray, followed by Pro 45 followed by hot water extraction with a traditional wand.
Answer: B
Once cleaners find this out they ask, "so why would I purchase a power wand?" Answer is marketing. For the same reason that you purchased one in the first place. You used that same marketing to your customers and against the competition. Example cleans 360 degrees of all the fiber (Rotovac 360i), 700 cleaning sprays per minute (Hoss 700), etc... It is not that power wands do not work, because they do. It is just not the only way to clean a carpet. Can a powed wand or horizontal agitation machines perform adsorbent powder cleaning, tile cleaning, natural fiber area rug cleaning? No, not really. They do but not easily, safely, quickly, and not with perfect results. They require post grooming, post vacuuming, other follow up tools.
Is that a glowing testimonial or what? http://www.steam-brite.com/advanced_...keywords=mh200
