Please note that our prospective buyer does not seem to know what products we are selling. I replied to his questions but I do not expect to hear from him again because we provide testing services for wastewater plants.

Thank you very much for sharing your experiences. My company received this email from Mr. Porter Johnny on July 28th, 2015. Google came up with just 1 link to this forum when I entered his name and email. At first sight I suspected that it was a scam but I replied to his questions because they are the same that our prospective international customers ask. Then I read his email again and found some red flags: he does not appear to know what we are selling and did not specify what he wanted to order. He asked for our Website even though the email he used his the one that visitors to our website use to contact us. I don't expect to hear from him again because we sell testing services for water/wastewater plants.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH Mr. Porter Johnny from GNS; [email protected]

I replied to Mr. Porter Johnny's request for information by pausing as a wholesale vendor of computers. After checking my inventory he ordered 30 computers and urged me to email his "freight forwarder " : Company Name : WorldStar Shipping Ltd. Contact Name: Sean Moloney E-mail: [email protected] When I asked for his billing and shipping information to complete an invoice, he said he would do that only after I "contact them for the shipping cost including handling, insurance, tax and custom charges." I replied that there was no point for me to get in touch with his carrier since I would have no involvement at all in the shipping of the goods. I also asked Mr. Porter Johnny to clarify if I understood what he meant: 1/WorldStar Shipping Ltd was going to pick up the computers from my warehouse and ship them to Marshall Island 2/He expected me to pay all the shipping and export charges even though i wasTHE SELLER. The email must have spooked him because he never replied. I wish I knew if the scammer planned to steal my money only or both my money and computers.

The operator for the above company, when asked about why do they want to charge $99.99 for a service that yahoo clearly states is free for tech support.
Yahoo does not give out their phone number any longer so you are wasting your time looking for one.
Yahoo states that they will never ask for your password and this is exactly what this above company does.
The operator clearly never told me that they are not yahoo and a 3rd party service.

A real yahoo operator called me and told me that you would never pay the above company for yahoo tech support.

Direct TV Tech Support Scam

Please note 1-800-533-0287 is not part of Direct TV
When you call they will tell you that the normal $7.99 per month Direct TV that covers on site repairs is sold for $99.99 for a 3 year protection plan.

After you pay the $99.99 they transfer you to the normal Direct TV tech support for help.
In my case I called back a second day and it was determined that I needed on site service by Direct TV.
They told me that they do not sell a $99.99 3 year protection plan and do not honor the warranty I purchased and said I would have to either pay $7.99 per month or a one time $49.99 fee.
I asked what what the $99.99 I paid yesterday for then. Again they told me this was not part of Direct TV and I need to get my money back.
I called 800-533-0287 and a cutisey to have the money refunded and they refused.
I am now working with my credit card company to have this charges reversed.

Currently attempting to purchase car wash equipment and parts.
Code 's' cards are credit cards you buy at the store. These are orders where the customer failed to register their address with the credit card bank.

This company is a real company and not a scam company but this scammer is masking his email behind his domain. I am not sure how he is doing this...
AGAIN IT IS NOT OK FOR A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT CUSTOMER TO ARRANGE THEIR OWN SHIPPING. THIS IS A CREDIT CARD VIOLATION AND THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY WILL ALLOW THE PURCHASER/SCAMMER TO KEEP THE PRODUCTS FOR FREE!
This is the scam. After the product is picked up, these products end up on Ebay ("world's largest portal of stolen merchandise" - Direct quote from San Antonio Police department).

Paid for 70% deposits on a fleet truckmount builds that never showed up or finished. Once each build would would get close to finishing Nick would offer to sell to one of his customers and push our build back to a further date. To add insult to injury we sent 200 ft reels to have converted into electric hose reels and instead of converting them and shipping them back, he sold them to his own customers. Please note, he never paid for the reels. We also sent parts to build the truckmounts including but not limited to Tuthill and Gardner Denver blowers and high pressure water pumps. All the parts where used for his own financial gang as non were returned or used for our completed builds. We have received numerous phone calls from customer that purchased truckmounts from Nick Nellos that have Arimitsu pumps installed on them. These pumps where all provided for free to be used on our truckmount builds but obviously he decided to sell our truckmounts to other customer apposed to providing either our parts returned to us or completing our truckmount builds.
Amount owed $55,000.00. Monthly payments required or post stays up.
I do not recommend that you purchase or place a deposit on any machines from this company.
