Donald, I have a 7-8 year old turbo (hydroforce I think)
Black plastic (Rather than blue) and the 'swivel' has frozen.
It will spin but only with a lot of pressure (by hand only).
It feels as though something hand binded inside yet I see no way to remove the inside from the outside.
1) Is it fixable
2) How?
3) do you have the parts for this old tool?
