Will your training videos replace the need to attend an IICRC training class, or do they supplement them? What classes would you reccomend for the 'start-up' carpet cleaner?

Also, is there a way to remove the ridiculous and annoying posts that have nothing to do with carpet cleaning?

We took the information that is provided at IICRC classes and condensed it. Going over the most important information. The class room experience is better because it is 8 hours a training a day. Each video is only 1.5 hours of information.

As far as the spam postings, we have some web based spam filters in place but sometimes the spammers are pretty aggressive. We continue to block posting from spammers as fast as we can but a few do get through. For every one you know about their are actually about 50 postings you do not see. This gives you an idea how bad the problem is.
