Question: Hi, I just wonder about item.
It's Pumptec: M85 230 volts Motor Only [M85].
As I see the picture displayed on the website, it seems like used one.
Is it new one or used one?
Answer: All the used items say USED ....
or Demo....
or Open box....
or Trade show
if it does not say anything, it is brand new with a full factory warranty.
Please note that many items are not shipped in any boxes and do not include any packaging at all.
This means they are not bagged, boxed, labeled,... and I have had some customer think that because we purchase in pallet bulk they are used and this is NOT the case.
Our orders come in bulk to save us and you money. We make the box and package here and ship from here in most cases. Because most items are all stacked in a pallet they can have minor scratches on the ****t of even get dirty but they are brand new.
