If you go back and read the terms and conditions posted on our website, once the credit card is charged, you cannot cancel the order. Northern Tools, (the factory for this item) does not allow it, so please make sure you select carefully and know it is going to work for you. This pressure washer works very well and has a great price point but is very heavy. I noted during the check-out you stated you had a forklift on site to unload the pallet, yet this is home so I am sure you did not checkout correctly either. Northern Tools charges $85 to lower the pallet/skid to the street if no forklift is on site so please make sure you add this option if you do not have a forklift at your home. The unit weight is about 380 lbs so many customer will bolt into a van or trailer and move around that way. More truck mounted with the wheels removed. It would take 4 people to lift it in and out of the truck so this is something you really would not want to do. While the pressure washer is on wheels, it really is only on wheels to move around on a level concrete floor for warehouse shop use and not designed to be moved from one job to another.
I did want to mention three options that work well with this pressure washer:
1. Rust bleeder hose. This allows you to convert this connection to carpet and tile cleaning use.
2. Reverse6-30R This allows you to plug your pressure washer into regular wall outlets instead of the NEMA 6-30R you would normally require an electrician to install at your job sites.
3. Hose reels with hoses for carpet and tile cleaning.
This system is a little different that most as the Pro 4000 solution hose is for fuel fired heating system like the above pressure washer as this hose is 25% fatter, and rated for more heat and pressure than the industry standard 3000 psi hose.
For more portability, you can also consider separate heater and pump. This would allow your heater to remain stationary while you pump alone would weigh less and might allow you to move around easier. You can alway call or email in questions to help with your selection process depending on your personal use.
