ANSWER: Thank for your inquiry. Egypt uses 220 volt 50 hz. I wanted to let you know that we only have the F246 in both 115 volts and 230 volts.
The factory quit making the F246-230v about 1 years ago and replaced it with the F410-230v visit
The upgrade changed the computer to a fan controlled fan speed that adjust the fan speed to maximize the water removal from the air. The dehumidifier continually monitors the room temperature and relative humidity and adjust the fan speed to improve water removal. It also changed the Freon type to a more environmentally friendly Freon. It also increased the air to condensation drip surface area, and lastly it has a built in temperature and relative humidity radio frequency system to allow you to monitor the machine off site through the internet (optional fees apply)
