Answer: I can ship the fogger by air but cannot air ship the chemical.
The chemicals have to ship ocean shipping.
Air shipping can be done by paypal.com to a confirmed and verified account.
and ocean shipping is wire transfer payment.
The payment will match the shipping paperwork.
