Is it OK to use ProRestore Microban Mediclean X590 UnSmoke 1 Gallon Bedbug Treatment X-590-Gal Chemspec in a hot thermal fogger?
No, All EPA registered products must be used in accordance with the label. Nowhere on the label does it state it is OK to use a hot thermal fogger with this product. I would expect it would damage the fogger or might even clog it up. The X590 is a water based disinfectant with a synthetic insect control. Now in vacant properties and after spraying the X590 with sprayer I could see their might be some applications to use a cold ULV fogger. Say for example you have some abandoned property and after you clean the air ducts you want to push some X590 down the ducting to kill spiders that live in those ducts. Most people apply with a pump up sprayer.
