Question: I was told that I need to buy a heat exchanger, which I am not sure if this is the case.
There is water running from the front exhaust pipe of my Truckmount 421 Boxxer.
Would you happen to know what can cause this problem?

Answer; When the heat exchanger is broken on the inside, water will come out the exhaust pipe and NOT go away.
Depending on the temperature and humidity outside a truckmounted carpet cleaning system can have water come out the heat exchanger for up to the first 5 minutes.
This is only during warm up and is only a very small amount. This is normal and not a broken heat exchanger.
