question: Dear Mytee, we recently sold a Mytee 20-110 Prep center and the customer noticed that the air pressure adjustment knob has been removed and not longer included as part of the design.
Please clarify the reason for no longer offering this included feature or if some similar air pressure reductions system has been installed internally.
Our mutual customer has one large shop compressor and does not want to use the full pressure against the spray bottles.
If an air pressure regulation system is not internal, do you still have these air regulators that the customer could self install?
Answer: The pressure regulator is internal on the machine now. Its is preset to 60 PSI, it will blow off any excess pressure over 60 PSI as that is the optimal pressure setting for the bottles. We made the change a while back so its not adjustable as people were using the full pressure of their air compressor and blowing the bottles off the machine.
Hope that helps.
Thank you
