Question: Hello, please help me, the Gaia vacuum isn't working. It shorts out at the nozzle head and won't stay on. What can I do to get it working again? Precious
Answer: By far the most common issue with vapor steamer is they get clogged up with minerals. You need to descale it often.

If you have a wire breakage or electrical short, you will have to purchase a new hose as the hoses only come with a 90 day parts warranty.
You also can try to open the nozzle up and see if the wire breakage can be hooked back up.
