    I've been waiting for the tracking number of the order 2008379 Inv 27905.
    May 30 I bought a machine and Steambrite.
    But Steam brite don't respond.
    Where is the customer service?

    As you already know you ordered a special order item and this was being dropped shipped from the factory direct to you. Each time you inquired about this order we responded to your inquiry inside just a few hours. Your tracking is Fedex 936365215086390. Why would you lie about our response time? It does not accomplish anything. You placed an order on an item that is made in Italy and this means that sometimes you have to wait for packages to clear customs, or that might have other shipping delays that are our of everybodies control. We are here to help you. I do not know how old you are but it was before the world of the internet that if you placed and order for a catalog item all orders would state that you would expect to receive your order in 4 to 6 weeks. Today everybody want to cut in line and not wait their turn and everything right now. If you place an order with a credit card, the only thing the vendor is required to do is fill your order in 30 days. I think you need to go visit a hospital full of kids with terminal cancer and see that what you are complaining about is nothing. You need to be gratefully with life that hopefully you can see, you can hear, you can walk, you can eat...
