If your carpet cleaning machine financing falls through sometimes companies can grow by starting small with a small budget and then add features to help pick up the pace of their cleaning later on.
Example; Phase 1: Purchase a basic 500 psi machine with dual 3 stage or dual 6.6 vacuum motors with a hose set wand, and carpet rake, with a pump up sprayer. (Example the Clean Storm 12-3500, or 12-6500 extractors
Phase 2: Add an external heater to clean hotter. Example the http://www.steam-brite.com/clean-sto...s-p-13739.html
Phase 3: Add extra hose so you do not have to spend so much time moving the machine around the home. http://www.steam-brite.com/clean-sto...on-p-5415.html
Phase 4: Add a Sebo Duo CRB machine to power scrub your prespray in (or purchase a power wand. Example Rotovac XL, Hoss 700, Mytee TRex...)
Phase 5: Add in injection sprayer to prespray faster.
Phase 6: add pressure feed auto fill so you no longer have to take 8 minutes to refill your machine.
Phase 7: Add auto dump. Now you never have to stop cleaning.
Phase 8: Add vacuum booster so you can consider 14 + Inch wide wand or 15" Zipper wand
I have some customers that purchase weaker vacuum or weaker pressure pumps to start there business but then these up grade the pump and vacuum later.
Example if my machine was only 100 to 200 psi I could purchase a Water Otter and now you can clean at 500 psi and 1200 psi while eliminating the need for adding pressure feed auto fill phase since this pump is already pressure feed.
OR add the BEPressure P152 pump and you can clean at 500 to 1500 psi and you can pressure walk sidewalks too.
OR add a heated pressure washer and you can eliminate the need to add heat to your machine. Example
