  • Pics of My Truckmount

I bought a used TruckMount the other day well Tuesday to be exact, LOL... And I need some assistance hooking everything back up... If anybody can help all input will be highly appreciated... And it didnt come with any wands so how do I go about purchasing the correct one for my particular machine... Oh yeah by the way it is installed in a 1994 Ford Econoline 150... The Blower says UNIVERSAL RAM BLOWER: Model 36URAI..

What is the big red thing in the bottom left corner used for...

What exactly are these wires for. It has 4 connections but only the 3 right ones are connected but not connected to anything else... The machine turns on but I would love to have everything hooked up and running...

    What do those options mean...

    really old white magic unit?

Looks like a 25 year old White Magic unit.
The red thing is the vacuum blower exhaust silencer. This is used in attempt to make this LOUD unit a little quieter.
The wires hook to one or more of the following: a water temp sensor, or exhaust diverter, or kill switch, or water diverter.
The winterize switch is to operate the exhaust diverter manually. If you are performing a flood you would want to divert the engine exhaust out the muffler and not through the heat exchanger.

        original white magic truckmount

The red silencer hooks to where the air blows out of the vacuum pump (roots 36) using a 2" to 3" ID hose.
White Magic was using a vacuum actuated exhaust diverter control. When the water would reach 200 degrees, the sensor would actuate a vacuum valve to relocate the engine exhaust to blow directly through the exhaust muffler instead of over the water coils. When the water would cool down the diverter would switch over to have the engine exhaust blower the heat exchanger box again.
