Winter Season Carpet Cleaning

I have questions about cleaning carpets in the winter using truck mount systems.

1. Does business naturally slow down?
2. How do you care for and operate a truck mount unit when the temperature is below freezing?

Any tips or tricks on how to do all this in the winter time would be great.

Diversifying and Winterizing Carpet cleaning machines

Some parts of the country do experience a slow down in cleaning but find that with diversifying this is not an issue. Many company's do commercial contracts that clean year around or add Air duct cleaning, pressure washing, car, mattress, upholstery, drapery cleaning, odor control services, dying and color correction, tile and grout cleaning, and water extraction and structural drying.

Best free protection is to blow out as much water as possible out of the machine with an air compressor and then install a small electric space heater and run it on low next to the machine.
